We will create and manage your email lists. We insure all lists are in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act (2003) which regulates the direct-email industry. You are not limited to the amount of lists you can create on our system. We will build your list(s) based on your requirements. At any point in time you can request a backup copy of your mailing list. We do not own or sell your intelectual property. We will not email or contact anyone on your list(s).

Email Retreival

We'll install and setup the registration code for any of your list(s) on your website(s). This code will be customized to meet with your existing branding requirements. This form will allow visitors to sign-up for your email campaigns, and the data will be stored on our servers.

Design & Code

We will design and code an attractive, customized marketing email for you to use during the duration of your email marketing campaign. This email will include images and rich-text content to deliver your message and create appetitie appeal. Also we will test your email in all major applications to ensure that your message is delivered as intetended to the maximum number of people.

Customization of Marketing Email

Once the template is created, we'll customize it for your unique/specific message. We can then send the campaign to a specific list or multiple lists which ever you prefer.

Transmission

We will transmit your message from our own secure server to your entire list.  Messages will appear to be from your domain (ie, newsletter@domain.com). Our server is registered as a legal distributor of non-spam,  commercial emails, insuring that your emails are not flagged as spam by the majority of filtering applications.

Campaign Monitoring/Management

Our experienced team will review on a regular basis the statistics collected from your email campaign.  Data metrics include opens, click-through, bounce-backs and unsubscribes, all cross-referenced to time data.  This analysis will allow us to test-and-measure the effectiveness of your campaign and make modifications to the campaign and increase your success.
